A MESSAGE FROM THE CEO

To our Braillo and American Thermoform Customers,

I want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers and distributors seriously.  We are closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I wanted to reach out and reassure you that as it currently stands, American Thermoform and Braillo are open for business and committed to assisting and supporting you, and your business, during these times.  With many areas in quarantine, I feel that now, more than ever, the blind and visually impaired need access to the braille books, magazines and literature that we all help produce.

It is incumbent upon all of us to continue to deliver braille supplies to our customers.  American Thermoform and Braillo are still accepting orders, processing them in a timely manner and our freight providers are delivering them as normal. 

It is important for our global community to continue doing everything we can to keep the wheels of business turning, all while keeping our communities safe and healthy.  We are a world full of driven, imaginative and innovative people. Where there is a challenge, we find solutions. Please rise to this occasion with us and continue to do all that you can to maintain your business operations, to be a consumer, to be a supporter.  We will absolutely do the same.

We are in this together, and we will emerge from it together.  We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies.
