Braillo offers several installation, service, and support options:
-
On-site technician support: Your facility’s technician can perform service or repairs with guidance from Braillo. We provide telephone and video chat support, as well as instructional videos to assist with maintenance and adjustments.
-
Factory or distributor service: Your embosser, or specific components, may be sent to Braillo or to your local distributor for service or repair.
-
Braillo on-site service: A Braillo technician can travel to your facility to perform installation, maintenance, or repairs.
-
Training opportunities: Customers may attend factory training classes in Norway or the United States, participate in Braillo workshops held worldwide, or receive training through their local distributor. These opportunities are free to attend and offered throughout the year.
Braillo continues to expand its network of localized technicians worldwide. By strategically positioning highly trained independent technicians, we aim to reduce service costs and minimize downtime when on-site maintenance is required.
A complete inventory of parts for all Braillo embossers is maintained at our factory in Norway and through our local distributors. In most cases, parts can be shipped the same day an order is placed.
Reliable operation of your Braillo equipment is extremely important to us. Regardless of the embosser’s age, condition, or location, Braillo stands behind every machine we produce. Through our training programs, telephone support, instructional resources, and flexible service options—including both on-site and in-house support—every Braillo customer has access to the assistance needed to keep their equipment running efficiently. This level of service, technical expertise, and long-term support sets Braillo apart and is why our embossers are trusted by braille producers around the world.
