Braillo covers the first 3 years
For all Braillo models, the standard warranty covers any defective mechanical and electrical component from the date of delivery throughout the first three years, or up to 8,000 hours – whichever comes first. This amounts to up to 15.6 million braille pages. By the time most embossers have become obsolete or stopped working, Braillo embossers are still under warranty!
Braillo adds an additional 1 year for using Braillo/ATC braille paper
Braillo will offer an additional 1 year to the standard warranty by using Braillo/ATC braille paper. The use of poor quality braille paper often causes excessive wear and tear on an embosser, which causes parts to fail prematurely. Using Braillo/ATC’s specially formulated braille paper will help ensure these risks are minimized.
This brings the total warranty to 4 years, or up to 10,700 hours and 20.8 million embossed braille pages.

Embossing at 600 CPS (1,800 pages per hour) on continuous or fanfold braille paper, it is the fastest embosser in its class, delivering exceptional dot quality and dependable performance. Its combination of speed, reliability, and quiet operation reflects the proven legacy of its predecessor, the Braillo 600, which is trusted by many of the world’s largest braille production facilities.
Efficient Design
The 600 S2 has been designed and built for the demanding production volumes that customers require. Equipped with more substantial components to handle increased speed and operational demands, its heavy-duty construction supports continuous high-speed embossing while maintaining optimal dot quality. As production needs grow beyond the capabilities of the 300 S2 and 450 S2, the 600 S2 is specifically engineered to meet these demands and exceed expectations.
Flexibility to Grow
Unique to the 600 S2 is its upgradeable chassis, which can be converted to a Braillo 600 SR2 as production needs expand. The 600 SR2 allows the integration of paper rolls and a paper stacker into your production line. Using paper rolls reduces costs and eliminates the need for a burster and operator. Each roll provides approximately 15,000 braille sheets (30,000 interpoint pages), enabling full production for a full day without the need to reload the embosser.
