BRAILLO 600 SR2
The ideal braille embosser for high speed production using paper rolls
The Braillo 600 SR2 braille embosser is designed for large-volume braille production. It embosses in a two-page-per-sheet format (front and back) and can hold up to 1,000 sheets (2,000 braille pages) in the stacker. Unique to this embosser is its use of braille paper rolls, which reduces paper costs and minimizes downtime associated with loading. Each roll can run for nearly eight hours, and embossed documents are separated by a blank sheet, making them easy to retrieve, organize, and bind.
A notable feature of Braillo embossers—particularly valuable in today’s environment—is the ability to network them so that transcribers can send files remotely. Thanks to the 600 SR2’s extended uninterrupted runtime, a single operator can efficiently manage the printer, collecting and binding finished braille documents with minimal supervision.

Highest Quality Braille Paper
Since 1988, in collaboration with American Thermoform Corporation, Braillo has manufactured its own custom braille paper, produced in accordance with the highest industry standards. The result is a strong, durable, low-dust, chemical-free paper designed to produce crisp, well-defined braille dots that retain their shape after being read multiple times.
In addition to delivering superior readability, the paper’s exceptional quality also helps reduce wear on your braille embosser, contributing to extended equipment life and consistent performance over time. Learn more about our braille paper.
Leading Warranty In the Industry
Braillo’s 4 year embosser warranty is the most comprehensive in the industry…
Braillo covers the first 3 years
For all Braillo models, the standard warranty covers any defective mechanical and electrical component from the date of delivery throughout the first three years, or up to 8,000 hours – whichever comes first. This amounts to up to 15.6 million braille pages. By the time most embossers have become obsolete or stopped working, Braillo embossers are still under warranty!
Braillo adds an additional 1 year for using Braillo/ATC braille paper
Braillo will offer an additional 1 year to the standard warranty by using Braillo/ATC braille paper. The use of poor quality braille paper often causes excessive wear and tear on an embosser, which causes parts to fail prematurely. Using Braillo/ATC’s specially formulated braille paper will help ensure these risks are minimized.
This brings the total warranty to 4 years, or up to 10,700 hours and 20.8 million embossed braille pages.
World Class Support
Braillo provides comprehensive global support through multiple channels, including telephone, video, email, YouTube tutorials, and on-site service performed by either Braillo staff or our network of factory-trained technicians worldwide.
In addition, Braillo hosts training sessions and Braille workshops around the world throughout the year, ensuring users have access to expert guidance and hands-on learning opportunities

BRAILLO 600 SR2 Product Description
The Braillo 600 SR2 braille embosser is meant for large volume braille production. This braille embosser is unique, as it uses paper rolls instead of continuous (tractor/Z fold) paper. Using paper rolls helps to save money on paper expenses and also eliminates the need for a burster and its operator. Each roll yields roughly 15,000 braille sheets (30,000 interpoint pages) – you can run at full production 1 roll/day without having to load paper into the embosser. After text is brailled, a built-in paper cutter cuts the paper and releases it to the stacker. When the stacker is full (it holds 1000 sheets), a sensor stops the conveyor belt so the braille documents can be removed. All components are built with high strength and high quality materials capable of being used for around the clock braille production. Additionally, these embossers are designed with your production team in mind – the entire unit is free of external cables, there is an emergency shutoff switch and has numerous features to ensure the system is perfectly aligned for optimal high speed performance. We have taken decades of experience and customer feedback to create the most advanced production braille embosser available.
The Braillo 600 SR2 has been designed and built for high production volumes that our customers demand. This embosser is built with high end components and electronics allowing it to emboss 1,800 pages-per-hour. Combined with heavy-duty construction, operator usability features and easy setup, your business can now emboss braille continuously while maintaining optimal braille quality. Backed by a no hassle 4 year warranty, the Braillo 600 SR2 will allow your business to profitably grow and deliver the best reading experience to your end users.
